I get alot of people asking why I don’t open until 5pm on the weekdays. Well, a lot has happened and I took sole ownership of the restaurant. It’s been a struggle for every small business lately, and I’m doing a lot of the work on my own. Here’s a few tasks I have to do before I open… unloading groceries, dropping fryers….oh yeah, and prepping the entire menu… 😅👩🏻‍🍳❤️ so when you get hungry, remember your local cooking from the heart. She’s a small fry with big dreams.
