Introducing our Blue Belly Smash! The Burdett Exchange • BEX ground beef, maple glazed pork belly, apple and onion jam, melted blue cheese all between our house made brioche bun! Just finished eating half and I’m like dang, that just hit the spot! Come on down and try it!
