It will be a very rare occurrence THat I will place something like this on facebook. We had a woman and her mother in for supper tonight. After service the woman expressed her disappointment with her experience. They ate the meals completely and expressed their satisfaction with all they were served to the waitstaff. Afterwards she approached me an owner to express their disappointment with the water we serve. We serve bottle water because the local water is so bad we refuse to serve it. We charge for the water because we pay for the bottled water. Then after calling her mother a liar, she said, her mother after eating the entire piece of primerib didn't like it. Some people cannot be satisfied unless we comp their meal, I surmise that was what she was looking for.
