Tuesday, October 20th is here, and while we’ve got some delicious specials cooking, today is about someone very special to me! ❤️

🎉🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANTHONY!! 🎂🎉

Today I want to take a minute to celebrate not just the man who loves getting to know all of you, but the man I’m blessed to call my husband.

Anthony is so much more than my partner in this crazy diner adventure. He’s my biggest supporter, my encourager, and the person who keeps me going when things get hard. On the days when I’m exhausted, frustrated, or questioning everything, he’s the one reminding me why we started and encouraging me to keep pushing forward. And when something good happens, no matter how big or small, he’s right there cheering me on, sometimes even more excited than I am!

He believes in me, even on the days when I struggle to believe in myself. And that means more to me than I could ever put into words.

Anthony, I’m so proud of the man you are. Your strength, your heart, your dedication to our family, and the way you stand beside me through everything never go unnoticed. I hope today you feel even a fraction of the love and appreciation you give me every single day.

Happy Birthday to my husband, my best friend, and my biggest cheerleader. I love you more than words can say! ❤️😘

A diner is only as good as the people who show up and make it happen—and we have some pretty special people. ❤️

Today, we want to give Sarah, Jillian, Mallory, Sydney, Cameron and McKenna the recognition they deserve.

Working in a diner is hard. It’s early alarms, hours on your feet, a growing stack of dishes, and a rush that somehow always hits all at once. It’s keeping things moving when you’re tired and finding the patience for one more request when you already have ten things to do.

We see the effort. We see you jumping in where you’re needed, helping each other through the busy stretches, and doing the work that customers don’t always get to see.

Owning a small business means putting your heart into it—and having people beside you who put their hearts into it, too, means more than we can say. You help us build the kind of place where people feel welcome, remember a familiar face, and want to come back.

Sarah, Jillian, Mallory, Sydney and Cameron: thank you. We appreciate you as people, and we’re grateful to have each of you on our crew.

Our weekend favorite is back! Served with toast.

We’re bringing out the Caramel Apple Pancakes this weekend, and they’re exactly the kind of thing fall mornings were made for! Served with your choice of bacon, ham or sausage for $12.25.

And if pancakes aren’t your thing, our Pot Roast Omelette is back for the weekend! Tender pot roast tucked into an omelette, served with toast for $13.95.
