BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! COR Development is redeveloping 67,000 square feet of the former Price Chopper anchor box at COR Center - Clay NY into a multi-tenant shopping destination featuring four well-known national retailers – Ross Dress for Less, Sierra Trading, Boot Barn and Five Below.

The redevelopment plan includes new façades, upgraded site improvements, and improved walkability throughout the property. Construction is currently underway, with tenant openings expected in fall of 2026.

COR Center remains a key retail destination for Clay, Cicero, and the greater Syracuse, spanning more than 515,000 SF across 100 acres, and home to major retailers including Target, The Home Depot, Kohl's, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty and PetSmart.
