Shoutout to all the out of towners who’ve been making the drive to Livermore lately just to try our pizza. You guys have seriously been so cool and patient with us.

Still blows our minds when you tell us you drove from out of town, order your pizza, hear it’s a 30–45 minute wait and are completely cool about it. We appreciate that more than you know.

Never really showed you what our dough looks like before it becomes the final product. Those bubbles are always a sight to see!

Our standard has always been light & airy, soft but crispy.

So much trial and error went into getting it to this point. We kinda shot ourselves in the foot because there’s really no easier way for us to make it now. 😂 Not that we’d ever want to. It’s just funny how years of tweaking turned into a process we can’t imagine doing any other way. Worth it every single time!!!
