This dough sits at 68% hydration, you can eat 8 slices and not feel bloated 🫃🏻. Every step into making our dough is very much intentional. So glad yall love it!!!

Thank you to everyone who came by and enjoyed the slices! We loved introducing our culture through what we do. Translating CHamoru and Filipino flavors into pizza was a lot of work, but it was well worth the extra effort. Heard we sold out too! ’Til next time 🍕
