The totals are in, and we are jumping for joy because the 2026 DV8K Life-Changing Run presented by Gray officially raised $87,562, making it a record-breaking year👟

Since the run started 8 years ago, we’ve raised $501,199 for the DV8 Kitchen Vocational Training Foundation, Inc. We couldn’t be more grateful from the support across the entire community. Thank you to all the sponsors, runners, and walkers for supporting us and our mission🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️We are so grateful!

For 30 years, I was wrong about people in recovery.
I thought hiring someone with a history of addiction was too risky. After working with hundreds of people in recovery, I believe the opposite.
People don’t need lower standards. They need the opportunity to meet high standards.
At DV8, we’ve seen people rebuild their lives, become great employees, parents, homeowners, and leaders—and build a profitable business along the way.
Maybe the biggest employment risk isn’t hiring someone with a past. Maybe it’s refusing to see their potential because of it.
You don’t have to open a DV8. Just create one opportunity.

Today is International Overdose Awareness Day💜Since DV8 Kitchen opened in 2017, 14,881 people have lost their lives to an overdose. While we are encouraged to see the numbers trending down in recent years, one life lost is too many. Please join us today in remembering and honoring those who are no longer with us.

Check out the newest fixture at our East End location🎹🎨🎶 Unveiling this beautiful work of art at the DV8 For Dinner Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream Takeover was such a highlight of the evening. Thanks to DV8 Kitchen Vocational Training Foundation Inc. Board Member, Ozlem Davis, the wall piano at our East End location got a major upgrade.

Peer House, LLC commissioned the piano project, and we were so excited to unveil the finished design. Thank you to artist Christopher Fisher for creating such an awesome design, and to musicians Josh Gambrell and Meg Raymer-Brown for treating us to a live performance. Come see it for yourself next time you visit!
