The grilled chicken quesadilla needed a sauce, but not just any sauce would do. I needed a sauce as good as the best quesadilla in town.

I knew what I wanted it to taste like, so I started combining ingredients and recipes and then BAM! After a few weeks of trial and error, I created the best sauce that’s ever been created. I have no idea what to call it yet, but this chipotle lime sauce has a handful of fresh ingredients and is absolutely 🔥

It goes great on French fries, chicken quesadillas, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, chicken fingers, hell I’d eat chicken feathers with this stuff on em.

What a fun weekend!

Andrew Moore brought it on Friday night and we had a blast tossing out requests and deep cuts!

I’m pretty sure everyone that graduated from Tates Creek High School in the 80s made it out to sing and dance and dance and eat wings Saturday night when Kenny Owens & Group Therapy tore it up!

‼️Speaking of tearing it up, WE ARE CLOSED TODAY (SUNDAY JULY 12) due to unforeseen circumstances. We had a couple of things break down Friday and Saturday and we’ve spent today fixing and assessing.‼️

We’ll be back open Wednesday all buttoned up and ready to party!
