Rock, paper, scissors… campus cravings win every time 🍽️🧡💙

What’s your fav dining spot on campus? ⬇️

It’s Wellness Wednesday! Today let’s look at a Dining Hall Hack ⬇️

Everyone loves our Belgium Waffles that are stamped with Bucknell Pride 🧡 … our hack is to top your waffle with yogurt to increase the protein content - this will help keep you fuller longer. You can also add fresh fruit for added fiber, vitamins, and minerals!

What else might you add? Comment and let us know!

If you didn’t have a chance to meet Jillian, the new dining dietitian, be sure to stop her when you see her next around campus!

Did someone say block party... 🥳👀

That's right, this Wednesday, October 7th from 2pm-4pm enjoy a FREE tasting of fun flavors ranging from cheesesteaks to shawarma and enjoy the new patio space that was just renovated and now open!

We will also be having music and a nutrition table with our new Dietitian, Jillian!

Bring your friends and come out and say hi! See you there! Come hungry! 🍽

Meet our new Bison Kitchen Dietitian, Jillian! 🍎

Jillian joins the team as our new Registered Dietitian on campus! She loves colorful plates, finding wellness through food, and, of course, her daily cup of coffee. ☕️

A fun fact about Jillian: she was a cheer captain for Penn State’s cheer team and competed in power tumbling and cheer! 📣

Her plate from Bostwick includes: beef tips, quinoa, broccoli, carrots, & tomatoes!

We’re so excited to have her bright spirit on our team! If you have questions about all things food, nutrition, and wellness, come say hi to Jillian! 🥗✨

You asked… Bison Kitchen listened!

Last year, our students told us they wanted more customizable options on campus—especially smoothies! 🫐🍓🍌 So, we listened and added them this year at 7th Street Cafe. 🎉

Blend your favorite flavors and make it your own!

Comment down below if you’ve tried them out yet!

POV: You get a to-go lunch from Bostwick and enjoy the new outside seating 😍

Remember! If you have swipes, you can ask for a to-go container, OR if you have dining dollars, dining+ or want to pay with card/cash, we have a ✨Make It & Take It Lunch Deal for $12!✨

Stop in and ask the cashier for a take out option! See you at the Caf!

It’s Chef Appreciation Day 📸🧑‍🍳

And we are so proud to recognize the hard work and dedication our executive chef team brings to the table every day for our students at Bucknell. 🧡💙

The hard work of each chef does not go unnoticed! If you see any of our chefs this week make sure to stop and say thank you for all that you do! 🍽️
