June has arrived, and with it comes some of our favorite flavors of the year.
Chef Sean Corea and our culinary team have been hard at work drawing inspiration from the incredible farms, waters, and producers that surround us, creating a collection of seasonal dishes that celebrate the best of Delmarva right now.
Here’s just a few that are hitting the menu this weekend;
🥩 Bone-In Pork Chop Milanese
A vibrant summer salad of heirloom tomatoes, roasted peppers, shaved red onion, arugula, Grana Padano, and lemon saffron vinaigrette paired with a beautifully crisp pork cutlet.
🦀 Seared Scallops & Maryland Blue Crab
Zucchini fritter topped with jumbo lump Maryland crab, green tomato chow chow, pickled corn, fresh-picked herbs, and Old Bay beurre blanc.
🦞 Sweet Corn Ravioli & Lobster
House-made sweet corn ravioli, summer corn, cherry tomatoes, and chunks of lobster
🌽 Pan-Roasted Halibut
Charred tomatoes, roasted corn, chorizo, cilantro, and lime; bright, smoky, and unmistakably summer.
