Bánh Cuốn/Vietnamese steam rice roll. From our kitchen to your table🥰 Everything at Saigon Alley (AYCE Vietnamese Hotpot) are make from scratch! our rice roll flour batter are make from many late night trail & error experiments with the perfect amount of flour mixed in to get the right thin soft and chewy & smooth texture❤️ Even our 6 different type of soup, all are make from slow simmered bones (beef bone, chicken bones and pork bones) to get that sweet & richness!
