It’s 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, and we’re finally heading home after such a wonderful night at Loaded Empanadas!

Today, we had so much fun creating content with our incredible team. We also added new inspirational stickers to our takeout bags, so whenever you receive an order from us, you’ll also receive a little positive message made with love. We hope it brightens your day!

Tonight, I’m here with David, our amazing line cook, and Cesar. They have both been part of our team for two years, and we have shared so many beautiful memories together. Even after a long, busy night, we still love what we do and enjoy working together.

Today is September 5th 2026, and we’re making our delicious Cubano Empanadas at Loaded Empanadas in Boca Park!

They’re filled with slow-cooked pork, ham, pickles, and white cheddar cheese. We cook our pork for three hours to make it tender and flavorful.

Everything must follow our recipe and be measured exactly. The pork, ham, pickles, and all ingredients must be completely cold before they are mixed together. That is how we maintain the flavor, freshness, and consistency of every empanada.

Everything is made fresh, right here at Loaded Empanadas in Boca Park, Las Vegas. Come try our Cubano Empanada—it’s so delicious!

At Loaded Empanadas we are now booking company holiday parties for December 2026—and dates are filling up quickly!

Our party packages start at $25, $35, $45, or $55 per person, depending on the experience you’re looking for.

Our $35 package can include empanadas, soup, salad, dessert, soda, coffee, tea, and juice. For the complete dining experience, our $55 package includes salad, soup, sangria, and a delicious, healthy Latin entrée.

We can host parties of up to 120 guests:

- Downstairs: up to 80 guests
- Upstairs private event space: up to 40 guests
