When I opened in 2017, my only dream was to serve a comforting bowl of Jjajangmyeon in America.
For nearly 9 years, your love and support made this place more than just a restaurant—it became my happiest memories.

안녕하세요, 유샹 주인장 임기호입니다.

2025년 8월 31일, 유샹(Yuxiang)의 문을 닫습니다.

2017년 3월, “미국에서도 맛있는 짜장면을 부담 없이 드실 수 있도록 하자”는 마음 하나로 시작했습니다. 그 마음으로 간판을 걸고, 매일 한 그릇 한 그릇에 정성을 담아왔습니다.

부족한 저를 믿고 찾아주시고, 따뜻하게 응원해 주신 덕분에 9년 가까운 시간 동안 유샹이 자리를 지킬 수 있었습니다.

라스베가스에서 보낸 20년 중, 유샹에서의 시간은 제 인생에서 가장 따뜻하고 빛나는 날들이었습니다.
주방에서 들려오던 분주한 소리, 멀리서도 일부러 찾아와 주신 발걸음,
그리고 식사 후 건네주신 “잘 먹었습니다”라는 한마디가 저를 버티게 했습니다.

라스베가스뿐만 아니라 캘리포니아, 애리조나, 유타, 하와이, 뉴욕, 알래스카 등 먼 곳에서 찾아와 주신 손님들께도 진심으로 감사드립니다.
그 마음이 제게 얼마나 큰 힘이 되었는지 모릅니다.

유샹 덕분에 저는 많은 것을 이룰 수 있었고, 그 모든 건 여러분이 만들어 주신 선물이었습니다.

비록 이제는 문을 닫지만, 여러분이 남겨주신 웃음과 응원, 그리고 사랑은 평생 잊지 못할 것입니다.

남은 기간 동안, 문 닫기 전에 한 번씩 들러 주시면 그 인연을 오래도록 마음에 간직하겠습니다.

그동안 유샹을 찾아주시고 함께해 주신 모든 분들께 깊이 감사드립니다.
여러분 덕분에 저는 정말 행복했습니다.

정말 고맙습니다. 그리고 진심으로 감사했습니다.

매일 오전 11시부터 오후 3시까지 점심 특선을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 정식 메뉴의 미니 버전과 인기 메뉴들을 다양하게 즐기실 수 있습니다!

간짜장, 짜장면, 깐풍기가 포함된 C4 세트 메뉴입니다!

Ganjjajang comes with veggies and pork that you can pour over our housemade noodles and is considered a “dry” noodle dish, because of it’s lighter sauce, unlike Jjajangmyeon, which has a thicker and richer sauce.

Kkanpunggi is our spicy garlic fried chicken, rich with flavor, crispy and absolutely addictive. You can’t eat just one!
