Moving across the country to start a business together sounds exciting. The reality? A lot more complicated.
For Ashleigh Hughes and Tony Cimino, a call from family brought them from Illinois to Las Vegas with a dream of opening their own pizzeria.
Their first months as owners brought equipment problems, unexpected repairs, long days, and the challenge of figuring out how to work together when business and personal life suddenly became the same thing.
But those challenges strengthened their partnership.
Tony brought generations of pizza-making experience. Ashleigh brought her strengths in customer experience, marketing, and the business side. Together, they’re building Tony’s Pizzeria one day, one customer, and one slice at a time.
Because the dream was never simply to sell pizza. It was to build something of their own.
