Meet Chef Joel Ott! 👨‍🍳 Joel is Ahern Hotel’s Vice President of Culinary and helps oversee our cooking & restaurant team of 70+ people. Visit the Trattoria and it’s not uncommon to find Joel getting busy in the kitchen helping to serve hungry guests.

Before lending his culinary talents to Trattoria by Chef Marc, Chef Joel worked in the kitchens of many high-end restaurants inside Las Vegas Strip hotels, including the Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, the Wynn, and more.

Celebrate the holiday weekend with Chef Bruno's special brunch menu at the Trattoria! 👨‍🍳 Looking for a classic hearty breakfast? Try the Ahern American 🇺🇸 2 eggs any style, bacon and sausage, breakfast potatoes and toast.

Looking for something lighter? You should try The Orchard 🌳 2 eggs any style, sautéed spinach with sun dried tomatoes, polenta cakes and a fresh fruit cup.

Love seafood? 🦀 The Crab Bennie has premium lump crab, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce on a toasted English muffin.

Named after me — Chef Marc Sgrizzi — Sgrizzi’s Romana Style Pizzeria is right next door to the Trattoria and is the perfect pitstop for pizza lovers. Light and airy thin crust made with authentic Romana dough. Dine in or grab a pizza to-go! Only inside the Ahern Hotel.
