A pretty busy week on the All Your Meals side. A lot of my time right now is going into moving things from the “build” phase into the “execute” phase.
This week we made progress on a few fronts:
• Worked through the remaining software and ecommerce issues around our Pennsylvania operation.
• Continued discussions with a new Vancouver production partner.
• Spent time working through the early stages of a potential OTC transaction.
• Had some encouraging conversations around investment and customer acquisition.
• Continued working through U.S. production opportunities, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Delaware and the Boston area.
• Getting the new Vancouver menu ready to launch and preparing to restart advertising.
What I find interesting at this stage is that the conversations are becoming much more practical and interesting. Production, technology, customer acquisition, capital and ex*****on.
There is still a lot to do, and several of the corporate and investment discussions are still subject to documentation and closing. So I'm trying not to get ahead of things.
Build it. Launch it. Learn from it. Keep moving.
It's been a busy few weeks, but it's also been rewarding to see a lot of the pieces we've been working on start to come together.
