I am a home based business trying to get a foothold in the cheesecake industry, the competition is fierce, seems like everyone is making cheesecakes, I like to think I am unique as I never freeze my cakes all are individualized they are made to order so that gives them uniqueness no 2 are ever the same, the fruit may have been riper that day, or the cream cheese had more flavor, or the cream was b

lended just right, one never knows, we all know it is hard to compete with the factory, but if given the chance I am sure you will find mine as good if not better, stand behind my cakes if you don't like it, I replace it or refund your money no questions asked.

so I have a few new cakes on the Menu, Key Lime, Macadamia Nut and 2 more in the process of adding, 1 is a Hazel Nut Swirl , on a Hazel Nut Creme Cookie , with Chopped Hazel Nuts in the batter, topped with a White Chocolate Hazel Nut Spread Ganache, I should have that one next week, I didn't want to add it until I had a picture to add to web site. The other one is a Strawberry Swirl baked on a Strawberry Wafer Cookie Crust, topped with a White Chocolate Strawberry Ganache, I don't have time line for that one just yet.
