White Castle Las Vegas

White Castle Las Vegas What You Crave.

In 1921, it all started out so innocently. A five-cent small hamburger. A Castle-shaped restaurant. And nothing like it before, or since. A humble 100% beef patty with onions, and a pickle. So easy to eat, it was dubbed the Slider. The only thing better than polishing off a Sack of Sliders alone, is doing it with friends. Now situated on the Las Vegas strip... could it get any better than that? White Castle. Because The Crave Is A Powerful Thing.

Why don't you guys put one in Summerlin?
You need to open a White Castle by Blue Diamond and Durango!!!!! I LOVE White Castle!!!!!!!
THANK YOU LAS VEGAS STRIP WHITE CASTLE! we are from out of town and your whole staff was so nice to myself and my wife. They were supper accommodating unlike some of the high class restaurants ($50+per meal)that we got horrible vibes/service from. Very happy with your staff. Thanks! Your guys are rock stars! Keep it up! 🖤Two girls from the service industry who appreciate you!
We were in Vegas for a few days and stopped in one night on Fremont Street as we don't have WC in Florida. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, it was my turn. The cashier made a comment that I didn't understand, so I asked her to repeat it. I heard "I can't serve you because you have a drink". I was carrying a cup of water, Vegas is hot, but thought she was saying it was liquor. I explained it was just water and she said she didn't care, she couldn't serve me. Not that you care, but you lost a customer for life, we walked out and went to a diner in a nearby casino that didn't complain about my cup of water.
Went in Tuesday, and the man handing out orders was coughing into his hands, wiping his face with his hands, and taking off his hat to scratch his head. Where’s the health and safety?
I just visited the White castle on the Vegas strip and a black homeless man who asked for a hamburger had the cops called on him by the manager. He was perfectly polite and everyone who was talking to him was smiling. I think it's in pretty poor taste for your staff to be so uncaring and inhumane towards someone just trying to make it through the day. In this kind of social climate calling the cops on a black man could be a death sentence and I think that's a little excessive for a nice guy politely asking for a hamburger.
This is from the Freemont location & through Grubhub. I will never use Grubhub again. These were supposed to be Double cheese sliders & the bread was hard. But notice where is the middle bread, that comes with the double. Also they didn’t put my fries in the bag. My big complaint is, where is the square slider. The WC on the strip had the square sliders.
Went into the WhiteCastle on the strip tonight after seeing a show. A lady in the line collapsed, the Male she was with tried to help her to her feet and she collapsed again. I went over to help and assess the situation. I asked one of the clerks to call for help and one of the other counter people was very rude and told me "she needs to move she blocking the line". I looked at her and told her that's not happening the woman has a fast Heart rate and is soaked in sweat and has been incontinent, she is staying here until she is able to move without collapsing. Again the clerk stated "she in the way". I ignored her and kept tending to the woman until she felt well enough to be moved to a chair. None of the counter people offered to help, no one called for help as they were asked to do, nor did any say Thank you to those that helped the woman who collapsed. Way to go White Castle, glad you have quality employees.
I grew up eating and loving White Castle. My family did not have a lot of money but this was always our splurge. Living in Arizona I have not been able to walk into one of your restaurants. But for years I have still savored the frozen one's. Until two years ago when I had to stop buying them because I was diagonsed with Celiac Disease. Last week I was in Las Vegas to help celebrate my grand-daughters 21st birthday we were walking down Freemont St. and I spotted your shop. I was so excited, I felt like I was 12 years old again. I walked in and asked for 6 cheeseburgers without the bun. I was refused service. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained I had Celiac Disease and really could not eat the bun. She said, "no company policy would not let them sell the cheese burgers with putting it on a bun." I was hurt, sad and felt really, really let down by a company I have felt such affection for. I also want to say shame on you! Lee Keller
