Mark your calendars! On Sunday, September 27th at 5PM, Endo is hosting an exclusive collaboration event at GYU Social. $180 per person and 80 seats only! OpenTable.com for reservations!
This marks Endo san’s very first official collab, and he’s thrilled to be teaming up with the crew from GYU+ to bring this vision to life. The evening promises an incredible spread with various live food stations featuring:

*Special Desserts from Chef Yuka Moignet (mon-yey) A Social Cafe

Fresh Warabi Mochi now being served in Las Vegas.

Our hand-made Warabi Mochi has a softer, delicate, almost melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Coated in roasted soybean flour and served with black sugar syrup. A nutty, earthy and sweet course featured in our Kaiseki experience.

A taste of heaven before the main course, we grill Japanese Hannari Wagyu over binchotan charcoal, slice thin so it melts with every bite, brush homemade sauce to seal all the flavor, and serve it with okaki-tofu-edamame croquet for extra depth.

Chef Endo mashes together white fish and melon to create a paste that is hand-pressed into hot konbu water to create a unique and flavorful noodle dish.
