Our Mackerel Tartare layers rich, cured mackerel with bright tomato citrus gel, lemon emulsion and crisp apple, then finishes it all with house-made taro root chips for the lightest, airiest crunch. The contrast is the best part: rich and tangy, creamy and crisp, all in one bite.

At Bazaar Mar, our whole fish selection changes with what’s freshest, and choosing how to enjoy it is half the fun. From lubina to red snapper and sea bream, every catch brings something a little different to the table.

Turns out, a coconut makes a pretty great bowl. 🥥

Our creamy coconut rice starts with bomba rice, loved for its ability to absorb an incredible amount of flavor while each grain stays beautifully distinct. Here, it soaks up coconut milk, sepia sofrito and tamarind, then gets finished with crispy puffy rice and micro cilantro.

It's familiar flavors with a decidedly Bazaar Mar point of view – creamy and comforting, but never too heavy.

One of our favorite ways to experience the whole fish at Bazaar Mar begins beneath a delicate crust of sea salt.

We bring the day’s catch to your table, break open its salt-baked casing, and clean the fish right before your eyes. What emerges is tender, beautifully cooked fish, served with mojo verde and almond skordalia.

Even the Caesar has a few tricks up its sleeve at Bazaar Mar inside .

Our Wedge "Caesar" Salad starts with a crunch – sweet baby gem, impossibly crisp and dressed in anchovy vinaigrette. Then comes silky Idiazabal cheese cream, a scattering of Idiazabal breadcrumbs, herb oil, and bright, tangy boquerones.

Familiar enough to call it a Caesar, unexpected enough to need the quotation marks, and much too pretty to be called a side salad.

Somewhere between the sea and a little sleight of hand, you'll find our Bay Scallop Crudo.

Sweet, delicate bay scallops meet Okinawa sweet potato gnocchi spheres hiding a little surprise inside: a literal burst of flavor with every bite.

Add silky coconut cream, a dusting of chile de árbol, warm vanilla oil and curry oil for a result that's creamy, bright and never quite what you expect.

This is Bazaar Mar, after all.
