Bison Burgers will be a unique concept in the Burger industry the meat is extremely low in fat but high in protein, we are still working on getting our location etched in stone and we are in the process of developing a web site..stay tuned for up dates A Plain Biuffalo Burger consisting of a 1/4 pound patty cooked to order, served on a Whole Wheat Bun, served with Romaine Lettuce and Tomatoes and

Pickles and Onions with a Olive Oil Mayo. #2.Cheese Burger with or without Bacon. #3.Hawaiian Burger, this is cooked with a Pineapple Glaze and served with a Pineapple Ring with or without Cheese. #4.Habanero Jalapeno this bad boy will burn a hole in your nether region, it is made with Pepper Jack Cheese, Hot Salsa and topped with a Habanero Jalapeno, not for the faint of heart!, #5 Portabella Mushroom Burger, marinated in a Balsamic Vinaigrette, served with an Olive Aoli spread served on a bun of your choice. #6. Western Burger, cooked with a Smokey BBQ Sauce Cheddar Cheese, topped with Bacon and Onion Rings. #7 is a new creation: a Chipotle Burger with Guacamole and Pepper Jack Cheese.
