Yes, we make the best tamales in Las Vegas.

But the alarm goes off at 4am. The masa is mixed by hand. Every single tamal is rolled one by one. The kitchen is already full before the sun comes up. And by the time you sit down and take that first bite, you have no idea how many hands touched that plate to make it perfect.

We were going to hire an influencer but Neriza looked at the camera and said “why would we do that when I’m right here?” And honestly she was right.

The guacamole review alone deserves an award. “Possibly organic, possibly a blessing from above” is going on the menu description.

No brand deal. No sponsorship. Just the owner of the restaurant doing her own influencer reel for the price of 3 tamales and zero hesitation.

This is Doña María Tamales. The food speaks for itself. And apparently so does Neriza.
