We've been satisfying your late night cravings from since 2010, putting an Asian-inspired spin on the classic hamburger. Our bold sauces and toppings, such as the wasabi mayo, pickled togarashi cucumbers and signature Fuku sauce, are all house-made. Our truck is always roaming the valley for catering events, Fuku-meets and serving the pre- and post-party crowds. Or, stop by our brick-and-mortar location in Chinatown, at 3429 S. Jones Blvd., and grab a beer (or two).
