This is definitely for the people who think dim sum needs a little crunch.

One of the best parts of dim sum is seeing the table come together.

Every basket brings a different color, shape, and texture, so by the time everything’s out, the whole spread feels completely different from where it started.

That’s part of the fun at Palette.

Some people order by craving. Some definitely order by color first.

You know that one dim sum order you’d be genuinely upset to never eat again? 🥟

That’s the question.

If the whole menu disappeared and you could save just one dish, what’s making the cut?

Har gow has a strong case. Siu mai people are probably not even considering another answer. And then the rest of the table shows up and suddenly the decision gets complicated.

Some favorites are favorites for a reason.

Dumplings are kind of the easiest decision at the table. 🥟

You order a basket, everyone grabs one, and somehow that turns into another round before you even realize it.

That’s part of what makes dim sum at Palette Tea Lounge so fun—you’re not really ordering one thing, you’re building the table as you go.

And once there’s one dumpling left, suddenly everybody remembers their manners.
