The Pasta Fresh dining experience would best be described as affordable gourmet that includes local produce, fresh herbs from our very own hydroponic herb garden, gluten-free and whole wheat pastas, as well as gourmand cheeses shaved onto every pasta order. Pasta Fresh will also have a chaulkboard menu featuring fresh seaonal salads and soups, including daily pasta specials. To complete your meal, we have available a variety of French macarons made-in-house.

Among the festivities of our last service. We will be holding a black box competition between members of our kitchen staff beginning at 3pm. Two members will face off with 1 hour to prepare an appetizer and an entree. First dish to be served at 4pm. Come on down to cheer on the competitors!

It has been quite the journey for all of us here at Pasta Fresh.

Amazing moments from being able to prepare fresh and as local as possible foods for our customers, sharing your appreciation for our new menu ideas and restaurant concept, to being able to get some young future chefs into the kitchen to experience life on the cook line.

So many repeat, loyal customers that we've gotten to know so well.....a great number we now call friends.

Unfortunately, the journey for us is at an end. Pasta Fresh will be closing it's doors tomorrow night Saturday April 12, 2014. Come on down to have one last meal with Chef Wes, his crew and the entire Pasta Fresh Family. We can not thank you enough for encouraging us and supporting us throughout our endeavor.
