Both our seafood and charcoal are imported from Japan to serve Vegas the most authentic Japanese Robatayaki experience.

For live Botan Ebi, and one of the best ways to enjoy them is by sashimi. We let the shrimp’s natural sweetness stand out by pairing it with savory caviar. Simple, and delicious.
