Their older son already manages their first location, their younger is studying business at Auburn to join as a store manager, and they just sat down for a family/business meeting on the 3-, 5-, and 10-year plan.

Neither had restaurant experience. What they did have was Capriotti's roadmap, support, and systems — “processes that are figured out.” Her take: Capriotti's all the way.
