While Canada Day has deep historical significance, it is a day we also have an opportunity to celebrate all things Canadian. The original, groundbreaking Estiatorio Milos located in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal borough of Montreal opened in 1979. One of the first restaurants to feature an open kitchen, and the now signature fish market, Milos Montreal quickly became a favorite of locals and tourists alike. A full renovation in 2015 updated and expanded the space and is a testament to our commitment to remain one of the most well-regarded fine dining establishments in Canada for years to come.
