BURRATA CAPRESE
Creamy burrata paired with heirloom tomatoes and fresh arugula, beautifully finished with our house-made basil pesto. A fresh and flavorful way to start your meal.

TEQUILA CHICKEN FARFALLE
Tender sautéed chicken breast, jalapeño peppers and cherry tomatoes tossed with farfalle pasta in a rich, velvety tequila cream sauce. Creamy, savory, with just the right touch of heat.

GRILLED SWORDFISH STEAK
A beautifully grilled swordfish steak topped with fresh Salsa Cruda, served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed rapini. A wonderful choice for our seafood lovers.

Chef has created some truly delicious specials, made with care and perfect for sharing a wonderful meal with family and friends.

🍈 Prosciutto & Melon — Refreshing sweet melon wrapped in silky prosciutto and served with creamy burrata. Light, fresh and the perfect way to begin.

🐟 California Halibut — Fresh halibut served with garlic mashed potatoes and string beans, finished with a luscious beurre blanc and topped with succulent shrimp. Pair it with a crisp glass of Vermentino Italian wine for a beautiful combination.

🍖 14 oz. Bone-In Sakura Pork Chop — Pan-seared to perfection in sage brown butter, served with roasted potatoes and pan-roasted Brussels sprouts. Rich, savory and absolutely delicious.

Chef has created some incredible specials to help you beat the heat this weekend!

Start with our made-to-order Tuna Tartare—a refreshing appetizer featuring fresh diced raw tuna, sweet citrus segments, ripe pear, crispy pancetta, creamy avocado, and a touch of Calabrian chili aioli. Served with our house-made chips, it’s the perfect cool bite for a hot summer day.

If you prefer your tuna seared, our Sesame-Crusted Tuna Steak is cooked to a perfect medium-rare and finished with a black and white sesame seed crust. It’s paired with a vibrant house-made mango salsa with fresh peppers and complemented by a savory pineapple soy sauce. Fresh, flavorful, and simply delicious.
