The Monday Menu from the past. The Streamliner was a passenger train from Los Angeles to Chicago from 1936 to 1971, look at that menu! You do not see that anymore sadly, The days or when traveling was a luxury have been taken away, That does not mean it can't come back. It certainly is not like today where you get just a bag of chips and a soda.They had no problem serving these meals and it would be easier today with our modern eqipment.

Get ready for the weekend with some beautiful split pea and broccoli soup topped with… corn chowder! Working in the kitchen allows for us to have the freedom to experiment with flavors and recipes and we have to say - this was one of the best happy combos we stumbled upon.
