Clearly, Sonic has great concerns for my dissatisfaction with their service. You can tell that this is a cut and paste response (the "standard - we are pretending to care" response) because they didn't even take the time to customize their email and fill in the blank, but just left the "person or item they had poor experience with" line in there instead. I received my food and left. When I arrived at my office (less than 2 mins away), I tried to pick up my shake and the lid flew off and dumped in my car. Also, Upon opening my sandwich , it was obviously old and did not have cheese on it. I am really tired of spending $15.00 on lunch, just to have it ruined because your staff does not know how to make sure the lids are all the way on and the food order is correct and hot.
