Why is it that every time I go to this particular Sonic and order any type of slush, you guys NEVER add enough flavor??? I just bought 4 cherry slushes and only one had flavor. The other three were super light pink and one of the cups had a f**kin hole in it 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was wondering what the hell was leaking too. I didn’t even real it until my son brought it to me. I order extra real cherries, PAY for extra real cherries...don’t get extra real cherries. And I can’t call and speak to a manager because the damn phone is always busy! I think I’m just gonna start using up the little bit of extra gas to go to the Sonic on Flamingo by the Palms. This is ridiculous. Somebody from corporate really needs to come down to this location and re-train their whole damn staff.
Clearly, Sonic has great concerns for my dissatisfaction with their service. You can tell that this is a cut and paste response (the "standard - we are pretending to care" response) because they didn't even take the time to customize their email and fill in the blank, but just left the "person or item they had poor experience with" line in there instead. I received my food and left. When I arrived at my office (less than 2 mins away), I tried to pick up my shake and the lid flew off and dumped in my car. Also, Upon opening my sandwich , it was obviously old and did not have cheese on it. I am really tired of spending $15.00 on lunch, just to have it ruined because your staff does not know how to make sure the lids are all the way on and the food order is correct and hot.
