We want to take a moment to celebrate someone who means so much to all of us: Francisco Javier Pérez.
For more than 20 years, Francisco has been a part of our family. Through busy days, long nights, challenges, celebrations, and everything in between, he has been one of the most dedicated, dependable, and hardworking people we have ever had the privilege of knowing.
The truth is that Francisco does far more than his job. He shows up every day with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever he is needed. He is the kind of person who goes above and beyond without being asked, who cares deeply about the people around him, and who helps make Paymon’s what it is.
There are not enough words to express how much we appreciate him. His loyalty, kindness, and commitment over the past two decades have touched all of us. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done and continues to do.
Today is also Francisco's anniversary, and we want to wish him a very happy anniversary filled with love, happiness, and beautiful memories. ❤️

Paymon's Fresh Kitchen. Real Mediterranean food — Greek, Lebanese, Italian, Middle Eastern — all coming out of our own kitchen. We've been on this corner a long time. Vegan menu, vegetarian, gluten-free, kids' menu — the cousin with the allergy, the vegan in the group, the kid who only eats certain things, all of them eat.
