The Human Bean South Durango Road, Las Vegas, NV Drive-thru espresso, coffee, tea, smoothies, Bright Energy drinks & Good Eats with a bean on top!

With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Ohana means family, and family means that nobody gets left behind without a drink. 😉

Just in time for this weekend, we whipped up two drinks inspired by the chaotic-cute energy of everyone’s favorite Hawaiian duo! 🌴

🌺Lilo's Pick: Fruit Frenzy Italian Soda (Peach and Strawberry)
💙Stitch's Pick: Sour Bubble Pop (Italian Soda with Sour Candy and Watermelon Flavors, and Sour Blue Raspberry Boba)

These aloha-inspired sips are our tribute to friendship, fun, and finding your ohana wherever you go. 🥰

Catch the new live-action adventure on the big screen, then swing by and taste the magic in a cup!

Meet the Granita ☕🧊

Inspired by Italian frozen coffee traditions, our Granita takes espresso to the next level—blending bold shots with milk and sugar for a creamy, frozen delight that’s both energizing and refreshing. It's also endlessly customizable. Try it with your favorite sauce (like chocolate or caramel), or with your favorite flavor (like vanilla or coconut).

What's your granita order? Let us know in the comments!

Welcome to Espresso Drinks 101! Lesson 1: What is a Cortado? 🤍

Originally made in Spain, the cortado is the perfect balance of bold espresso and creamy steamed milk—equal parts of each for a smooth, strong little sip. Think: Less milk than a latte, more punch than an Americano. 💥

Try one the next time you visit to add a touch of sophistication to your morning!
