As we reach the final day of service, we find ourselves filled with a mix of emotions. Itโ€™s a moment of reflection and gratitude for us, as we express our heartfelt thanks to all of you who have been our unwavering support throughout the past two years.

When the idea of a chef/concept incubator came to fruition, born out of the challenges posed by the pandemic, little did we know that it would blossom into something extraordinary. It became a haven where culinary artists could unleash their creativity, unburdened by the weight of excessive costs. For 2 ยฝ years, we have witnessed the power of community and the strength that lies within it.

Today, we stand humbled by the opportunity we were given to turn an empty kitchen into a vibrant and cherished place. It has been a testament to the talent and passion that reside within our community. We celebrate the moments of culinary innovation and the bonds formed over shared meals. Together, we have proven that great things can be achieved when we come together as a community.

As we bid farewell, we hold onto the belief that this model we have built will find its way back to life once again. We will cherish the memories we have created, the flavors that have danced on our palates, and the friendships that have been forged. The closure is not a goodbye, but rather a celebration of what we have accomplished together.

To everyone who played a part in our journey, from those who helped us open our doors to those who supported us throughout our endeavor, and to the talented chefs who graced our space, we extend our deepest gratitude. You have been the pillars of our strength, the driving force behind our success. Without your unwavering support, none of this would have been possible.

In these final moments, our hearts overflow with appreciation and nostalgia.
