Chef Jae Doan and the team have spent months perfecting recipes, training staff, and crafting an atmosphere that reflects both Japanese elegance and Las Vegas energy. It’s long nights, endless tastings, and fine-tuning every detail so that when the doors open, every guest experiences something extraordinary not just a meal, but the true spirit of Doanburi.
