Line Cook Responsibilities

Make sure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
Prepare components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
Report to the executive chef or kitchen manager and follow their instructions.
Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
Stock inventory and supplies.
Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

Cashier responsibilities

Greet guests as they enter
answering any initial questions.
Answer telephone.
Process takeout orders.
Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with the food and service.
Know the menu and help process online orders through our partner vendors.
Help out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
Maintain & organize retail area.
Provide great customer service. Work with servers and other staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Acknowledge guests and answer questions.
Alert servers when tables are in need of attention.\
Make sure clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials are available as needed.
Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours.
