Always make your own croutons! Making all the components of dishes in house means a truly unique experience at the restaurant. The house made dressing, croutons, and cheese ratio means a truly one-of-a-kind dish. Even if it seems as simple as a Caesar Salad, it’s a truly delicious salad!

Bucatini is one of chef Joe’s favorite pasta shapes so we have two versions on the menu— one for lunch and one for dinner.

Here chef Joe played the dinner version of bucatini which is his take on a fra diavolo. You’ll find seared shrimp, lobster stock that’s made in house, and cherry tomatoes. The sauce at the end is a house-made basil oil.
