Sometimes what you see is very different from what you don’t see.

In the dining room it’s a bustling ballet of servers, bartenders and runners executing the flow of service.

What you don’t see is the flames and the organized chaos that comes with curating the perfect brunch experience. Every cook knows how to cook the perfect egg, the fluffiest waffles and each runner finessed each dish with a colorful garnish. But it all has to happen with perfect synchronization so that the dishes arrive to you together and hot.
