Grown at high altitude, in deep shade, on trees that reach 20 feet tall. hand-picked at peak ripeness, then triple hand-sorted. only the top 1% makes the cut.

✨The result: naturally low acid, easier to digest, and more sweetness and aroma than conventional hybridized coffee.
