I remember being pop up here before we even started market w/ then we switched to Fresh52. Lot of experience with heat & especially good memories. We remember each customer from pop up to food truck. We're grateful to you, please come and say goodbye I ( Liz) will be there crying.

It's with great sadness, ( but excited to go home ) that we must leave you Las Vegas! We are going home, back to Hawaii. We thank you for all of your love and support during all these years we started with humble beginnings as a pop-up and then our food truck serving many people. Remember the crowds just for freshly made lumpia? A big mahalo to our loyal followers that stuck with us & followed us wherever we vended in the valley.

Why are we leaving? You all know Liz had a stroke last year. Although she's still verbal & cognitive and set up all our jobs. She still needs some assistance with other things. We tried and we looked into other options but it's been rough on just the 2 of us with no family to help us here, and we need help in order to continue working . She still goes to PT/ neuro gym. She's a fighter, you all know her by now.
•
Also, she wants to go home to be with her mom, she's turning 88 this year. She worries we'll be too far should anything happen to her mom.
•
We will revive GRAZE again, there are opportunities to look into in Hawaii, and many great friends and contacts. We're excited, we will keep you posted!
•

What do people NOT understand? A food truck or food trailer is a MOBILE RESTAURANT. Would you ask a restaurant to pay you to go and eat there?

So why do these events ask for money? They're the ones who want to invite us, not the other way around. Especially when it's an event we don't know about and never vended at, so we don't know if we'll make money but we turn on generator and propane and use up gas and waste our day not knowing if we will make money. This excludes events we know we'll make money at, they can charge a fee because we've been there.

But, they're trying to make money off of us by charging a fee to be there. Come on, it's the food trucks that attract people. They just want in on our action 😆 lol

We're going to start the season early by being at Fantastic (Swapmeet) food truck village from Nov 24-26. Come and see us and shop a little early if you want to.
