October Chef Specials have arrived at Monaco:

🍝 Ravioli all’Uovo — scratch-made spinach ricotta ravioli with a runny egg yolk center, brown butter sage, balsamic-roasted mushrooms & crispy sage.

🐟 Pan-Seared Redfish — crispy-skin redfish with Mediterranean quinoa, garlic herb pomme duchesse & lemon butter sauce.

And yes, our pasta is handmade, hand-rolled & hand-cut in house every day. 🤌

Available for lunch & dinner this month.
