Experimenting with our Italian Onion Soup!!
Currently we use two garlic bread crostinis and top
With our Italian cheeses.
In the spirit of improving and making it bigger and better to fit the Abruzzi style, we tried it with one of our homemade pieces of garlic bread instead of the crostinis!

Visually I think it looks awesome and really catches your attention.
Taste wise it was delicious !
If we do offer it , there would be more cheese melted to the brim like our current offering. This sample here I had To transfer to another bowl for pictures so I lost some of the cheesey goodness😑
