Experimenting with our Italian Onion Soup!!

Currently we use two garlic bread crostinis and top
With our Italian cheeses.

In the spirit of improving and making it bigger and better to fit the Abruzzi style, we tried it with one of our homemade pieces of garlic bread instead of the crostinis!

Let’s hear your thoughts 🤩

Visually I think it looks awesome and really catches your attention.

Taste wise it was delicious !

If we do offer it , there would be more cheese melted to the brim like our current offering. This sample here I had To transfer to another bowl for pictures so I lost some of the cheesey goodness😑

Sooooo my Balboa post must have really hit our target audience !!! We are completely
SOLD OUT of Balboas till Monday!😳😳😳😳😳

We’ve been ordering our Par levels of ribeye for our steaks for almost a year now, and we’ve only run out of steak like once or twice. And we’ve never run out almost two days before a delivery 🚚

So that means we sold A LOT of steaks in much less time, I think the word is getting out now on the Balboa!

We apologize for anyone wanting one tomorrow, but we will have fresh Ribeye back in the building Monday 🤩🤩

Hey Abruzzi Family!

I just wanted to take a second to provide an update and a reminder about Booking Reservations!😁😁

We are a small restaurant and we seat 76. When the patio opens we will have additional outdoor seating but that’s a future announcement.

Because of our size and table layout, we only have certain tables that can accommodate larger parties. For that reason we only Take reservations for parties of 5 or more. That way we can ensure we have the availability of those certain tables to accommodate 5 or more.

We’ve always done our best to accommodate but as we become busier It’s harder to accommodate large walk in parties.

Our Weekend reservations are often booked a week in advance or more. As Abruzzi gains momentum we foresee reservations becoming booked far sooner!

For the best chance of ensuring seating we highly recommend calling for the weekend you’d like to come at least a week in advance. That doesn’t mean you can’t call the day of and try. Often times there are last minute cancellations or no shows.

We hate when folks have to leave due to no seating and we try our best to keep wait times as short as possible.

These are made every day with the Very same fresh daily delivered Corropolese rolls that we use for
All of our sandwiches !

Our blend of Seasoning
And love!

Even the simplest most minute items
Are made fresh with care to ensure you’re only getting the very BEST!

We know a thing or two about BREAD BOWLS🤩🤩🤩

Did you know that you can add a fresh baked pizza
Dough bread bowl to any pasta?

Our pizza has become very popular, much of that success I attribute to the flour that we use in the fermentation process. We don’t use a standard all-purpose flour or pizza flour. We use an artisan Bakers flower ferment hours ago for 72 hours before use.

With a pizza dough that carefully crafted, it only leads to an incredible bread bowl !
