Inspired by Krispy Pizza we’re keeping this one simple and letting the flavors of each sauce to carry this pizza. George has been wanting to do this pie for a while so here it it! It’s a saucy one so make sure you grab some extra napkins! We recommend adding pepperoni!

It’s a busy week at The Fridge!

The Phillies postseason has just begun, 2 games are promised, hopefully they get more! We’ll be opening early for the game today, dollar dogs and domestic specials! Every playoff game we’ll be rolling dollar dogs! Come eat em up!

Our 15th anniversary party is this Saturday! Friday night we’ll be kicking off the celebrations but you won’t want to miss Saturday! BBQ platters and tons of world class b**r (the draft list will be posted in a few days) Also if you’re feeling extra hungry, we’re holding our 2nd annual tomato pie eating contest!

We’ll be closed on Sunday to let the crew rest up from such a busy weekend! We hope to see you this weekend, there’s no way we would’ve lasted 15 years if it wasn’t for this amazing community!

It’s Negroni Week. Every year towards the end of September, bars and restaurants celebrate one of the most debated cocktail and raise money for Slow Food USA promoting local food, traditional cuisine and sustainable agriculture.

No matter the gin or vermouth you use, Campari is the backbone of the Negroni. We have a couple recipes and riffs plus the return of our Jell-O shot version of the classic cocktail!

For the rest of the week and for every Negroni sold, we’ll be donating proceeds to Slow Foods. So come support a great cause and drink some great cocktails while doing it! Negronis and pizza go hand in hand!
