Lisandro Cardenas Microlot 🇨🇴

This microlot from Lisandro Cardenas is a beautiful expression of Colombia’s Huila region. A second-generation coffee producer, Lisandro grew up in coffee and started his own farm nearly a decade ago after studying coffee production through Colombia’s National Learning Service (SENA).

This naturally processed Pink Bourbon showcases the care behind every step, from hand-selecting only ripe cherries to slow drying over 12 to 20 days. The result is a vibrant, layered cup that highlights one of coffee’s most sought-after varieties.

The cup is rich and expressive, with notes of chocolate covered strawberry, candied pecans, and warm baking spice. 🍓🍫🥜✨

This is our official post to say we do not have our beloved breakfast sandwiches or toasts at our new location 😭 We are looking into a potential solution to add for the future — BUT for now, we’ve got a great line up of grab n’ go goodies! Sandwiches & delivered daily baked goods from La Boulangerie Marguerite, delicious pb&j’s from Gallant Tiger, clean & filling oats from Mylk Labs, intentionally made granola bars from The Gourmet Granola & a few other options for quick options!
