Hey y'all, Billy here again for a little honest talk.

First off, a thank you to all of you ordering on Friday night! Jeez, it's been so busy lately, too busy between 5-7 actually!

Many Fridays were doing more business in 1 hour on Friday night than entire weekdays (Monday - Thursday). Friday's sales often eclipse total sales from Monday - Thursday!!!!

My concern is I know we're not providing the best food and service possible during these hours. I want to have every pie we send out of the kitchen be perfect, but when we're in the middle of the weeds during these hours, all we can focus on is trying to get though the rush.

To try and drive more sales to the weekdays, we run specials that are good only during the weekdays. The best way to catch our deals is to scan the QR code to sign up for our emails (many times you may miss our Facebook post with our specials).

Other than specials, is there anything else we can do to encourage more orders Monday - Thursdays? I'd love any suggestions.
