We were doing some digging around the shop and found one of Billy's old timecards from the earlier days of Kyle Pizza Co. (Pizza Classics)

The hours column? Just an infinity symbol. ∞

😂 We are not even joking.

Back then we were open 11am–10pm, 7 days a week. No breaks, no Sundays, just pure grind mode. We thought being open every minute of every day was the key to success.

We eventually learned a hard truth: it's not about being open as many hours as possible — it's about being open the RIGHT hours, and actually taking care of the people who make this place run (including ourselves 😅).

These days we try to keep things sustainable:
🕒 Mon–Thu: 3–8pm
🍕 Fri–Sat: 11am–9pm
😴 Sundays: Restaurant Closed, but we're often up here working on projects.

We are grateful every single day for your support of our little independent pizzeria. You make it possible for us to do this the right way. Thank you, Kyle. 🙏
