It's with love, honor, and respect that today we celebrate September 16, Mexico Independence Day!
While the beautiful and amazing DJ 2DQ brings the party inside The Railhouse Bar ,we will be having our own fun with 915 Charro beans and chicken fajitas!
I also have it on good authority that our neighbor truck, Badassfoods512 , will have their popular Tejano burger going tonight as well!
So get your butts to the Railhouse! We are having ALL the fun tonight!

It's SATURDAY!!!
That means football! And it means that our official grand opening is just one more day away!
Yep, tomorrow at noon we will have our GRAND OPENING and we are hoping it is HUGE!
We are open tonight until the end of the UT game, and we have most of our menu already up and going. I can already tell that some of this is going to be a major hit here in Kyle, and we are so excited about it!

What's up, Kyle, Texassss?!?!

Yesterday was our official soft opening and we loved the folks that came out and got the first tries. As this was pur first go-round, we learned a lot and are making a few tweaks. We are open now for the evening and have about 8 menu items running. This weekend we will have more items and better descriptions for you.
Come out and give us a try!

Well folks, the time has come. It's been a helluva journey, and we are finally here.

Tomorrow (Sunday Sept 3) we are doing our soft opening. We have a partial menu for now, and the rest of the menu will be built out over the coming weeks. We will be serving up a variety of wraps and house made potato chips. The full menu will include Gyros, a good helping of Mexican influences, a lot of Asian inspiration, some Cuban flavors, and perhaps some hot dogs as well. We'll also be doing many "theme" days where we completely switch it up and have some fun. Look forward to some seriously awesome Charro beans, our Famous Brussels Sprouts, and a WHOLE LOT MORE!

Since The Railhouse Bar has their Market Days at 5pm, we are going to open with that. Our sister truck, Badassfoods512 , will also be open, but the focus will be on us here in the red trailer. ☺️

We have t shirts, and more swag is coming soon!

Ok. Sometimes life throws you curve balls at you.
We will not be able to do our soft opening today due to the point of sale system not working. We are in touch with technical service, but they are remote only and it's a mess.
I will open this as soon as possible. It's a nightmare, but that's the way small business is sometimes.
Fingers crossed this is resolved within the next few days!
