Dolly Parton was a role model because she proved that kindness is not a weakness and that you don't have to change who you are to change the world. She represents the "Smoky Mountain Dream"—the idea that you can start with nothing but a guitar and a dream, achieve unimaginable success, and still remain the kind of person who treats a janitor with the same respect as a CEO.
She remains a beacon for the waitress working doubles, the woman breaking glass ceilings, and the dreamer who feels miles away from their goal. Dolly Parton didn’t just sing to us; she stood with us.

In honor of her legacy… the anthem 9 to 5 gave a voice to the invisible blue collar industry that we can all relate to so this Friday August 28th we will be doing $1 cold mug drafts to celebrate Dolly and the working class starting 5pm to close, so come in working clothes and celebrate the Iron Butterfly of Country.
