Let’s talk about something real. 🤍
In September we had 307 late cancellations and 170 no shows. That’s 477 times a spot could have been someone’s Me Time: a mom who finally lined up childcare, a friend on the waitlist, someone who needed that hour more than anything.
So we’re making a small update. Starting October 15, late cancellations (within 8 hours of class) will have a $15 fee, and your class credit will be returned. No shows will have a $20 fee plus the class credit.
The good news? Avoiding it is easy. Cancel at least 8 hours ahead in the app or Mindbody, and there’s no fee at all. And if you can’t make it last minute, please still cancel. It saves you money and gives someone else the chance to move.
