Closing Down! Everything Must Go! Today 6/22 and Monday 6/23. Monday is last Day of Business!

Your last Saturday Pour.
This day is harder than I thought possible. The Coffee Barr will be closing their doors on June 23rd permanently.
I want to thank Katy for all your support. Thank each and every one of you that let me caffeinate your morning.
Deann, for always letting me cry on your shoulder and being one of the best friends, without coffee our paths would have never crossed
Kessi and her crew for always showing up almost every morning that we were opened
Miguel, well just for being you and putting The Coffee Barr in your monthly budget
Ashley and John, for sharing your girls with me. What a priceless gift just to see Ms P grow and flourish. And welcome Ms Josie into coffee scene(haha)
Katy Blinds Commercial(Janet, Nadia, Chris and Mark) Janet and Nadia for always taking a gamble on any new coffee or pastry that i was trying to perfect before putting it on the menu. And for always making me laugh
The City of Katy Parks and Rec(Kevin, Kaci and crew) supporting me and inviting me to do events
Mr. Leonard (101 years old) for showing up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and giving me that 10.00 hug.
John Nance(before you moved to OKC) for always protecting me day in and day out and always making sure i was fed.
Adam and Rebecca and his their babies for all your support and bringing your congregation to help out
Percy for always coming in before your zoom calls and telling me about you and your wifes adventures.
Christina and Stu, showing up to just see what I had for sale and my cold brew.
And to all my employees that kept the place up and running while i was away.
And so many more people that stopped by to support The Coffee Barr.
If a business could run off pure love this place would be worth a billion dollars.
But the people I want to thank the most is my family. You rallied behind me on my crazy adventures. You allowed me to fly.
Here is a farewell to all you.

Why do they call them "jeans"
Your favorite pair of blue jeans can be traced back to the French jean fustian — a term that can be broken down into two parts. Jean refers to the Italian city of Genoa, which was known in the 15th century for producing a popular type of twilled cloth that the French referred to as fustian. So in essence, jean fustian is what the French called a sturdy cotton cloth made in Genoa, Italy.
