The Inspiration and the Special
Dua's name being drawn from the bowl gave me the opportunity to learn about Albanian food and the challenge to make something Albanian-esque with what we have in the Cafe, and it turned out so good!
I put cherry tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers and feta in a pan and roasted it all together, then put that on sourdough with provolone and spinach to make The Dua!
We'll only have this today and tomorrow, then next week we'll have a Princess Bride/Cary Elwes inspired special!
