If you've followed us throughout the summer, you've probably seen our tasted some of the fun and sometimes silly specials we came up with. The Dolly was our second creation, but the first one we based off of an actual person and not a character we made up. To make a sandwich that could encompass the Goddess that was Dolly Parton, we knew it had to have that southern sweetness, but also had to have some spice or kick to it because we all know that Dolly was quite the firecracker.
We decided to run our first VS round before the news hit that we lost such a beloved idol, musical pioneer, and a woman so full of love. (Yes, I'm crying right now while typing this). Well, she won the Versus last week and we're running her special this week.
So come try The Dolly at Totally Brewed Cafe and shed a little tear with us in remembrance of a woman the world will never forget

Two announcements today!
First, this week's new special, the Mark HAMill! Enjoy this combo of ham, bacon, hard salami, Colby Jack, tomato, cucumber slices and our house-made pickle dijionaisse on grilled sourdough.

Second, we are kicking off our Totally Special Tournament! Each week, two of our Specialty Sandwiches will face off and you get to vote for your favorite! Week 1 starts with The Dolly and The Blazing Saddle.

The Dolly is a wrap with BBQ Chicken, provolone, pineapple, jalapeños and ranch

The Blazing Saddle has corned beef, turkey, coleslaw, Swiss, Thousand Island and Sriracha
